Payment and Fees
I have a private pay practice, meaning that I accept self-pay clients and do not take insurance. Some of my clients choose to use out of network benefits, if offered, through their insurance company. To use out of network benefits for my services, you would pay my fee directly to me, and I will provide invoices which will include all the information that insurance companies need for reimbursement. You would then submit those invoices to insurance, and the insurance company would then reimburse you for whatever portion they are going to pay, if you do have out of network benefits.
The initial appointment which includes a diagnostic assessment is $200; and follow-up appointments are $175 for a 55-minute appointment or $150 for a 45-minute appointment, depending on client preference and need. I accept all major credit cards, or you may pay by check or cash. Payment in full is collected at the time of service. Please allow approximately one hour for the first appointment.
